I just arrived home from the parade! You guys looked great! I hope you all enjoyed it. I am pretty sure my dogs will have nightmares for weeks because of the experience. They are generally afraid of most people, so a loud parade full of people wanting to touch them was not their idea of fun. They are sleeping peacefully on the couch now. :) I think they'll be okay.Here is a picture of Roger, one of our fish! We voted on names for the other three fish, and the winning names were: Kolo, Tom Brady, and Curtis. I promised the girls that we could get one more fish and let it be a girl fish. :)
The reading response for tonight is not due until Monday. This is the only weekend homework that you will have. You can do the reading response today, tomorrow, or over the weekend. Just remember to bring it Monday!
Amanda, don't forget to feed the fish tomorrow. Noah, I left gecko food on the purple table. Oh, and can someone remind the botanist to water the plants? I hope you have a good day. I'll miss you guys! I will be grading your social studies tests as I endure a 5 hour car ride to Long Island. (Don't worry-- I'm not the driver.
