ON MONDAY WE DID SKITS ON VASCO NUNEZ DE BALBOA AND VASCO DA GAMA. WHAT DID YOU NOTICE ABOUT THE 2 NAMES? YOUR CORRECT THEY BOTH HAVE THE SAME STARTING. VASCO DE GAMA AND VASCO NUNEZ DE BALBOA. ON TUESDAY WE FINISHED UP WRITING THE SKITS. ON WEDNESDAY WE STARTED PRACTICING THEM. ON THURSDAY WE STILL PRACTICED THEM.
Hello everyone-
This is Ms. Medler. Something happened with the computer at school, and Jaiden and Elizabeth were not able to finish. At any rate, your Vasco skits were FANTASTIC! I really enjoyed watching them, and appreciated the humor you put into the scripts! :) When we are done with the explorer unit, we are going to do more skits as a review. I see some real acting talent!
Homework this weekend is Study Link 3.5, and my Guided Reading class needs to read Ch. 5-6 in From the Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler, and then do the chapter 6 activity sheet.
